A meeting prior to the AGM for members only and then the AGM itself. This is the key role of the members, about 40 of us, as we act as the shareholders. We are well prepared and have had numerous discussions about remuneration, LTIPs etc. prior to the AGM. Could have been better timing from my point of view, as right in the middle of when we wanted to do our family holiday, but duty called.
